VENT UPPER SANDUSKY - Mrs. Mary M. Vent, 81, of Upper Sandusky, died at 4:34 a.m. Thursday in Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She had been in failing health several years. Born Sept 13, 1886 in New Riegel, she was the daughter of John and Catherine (Lutz) GOSCHE. She was married to John B. VENT in 1907 and he died in 1957. Surviving are sons, Francis, Herman, Wilfred, Lawrence, and Gilbert, all of Upper Sandusky; daughters, Irene and Geraldine VENT, and Mrs. Max (Lorence) STARK, all of Upper Sandusky, and Mrs. J. Albert (Gertrude) THIEL, Forest. Also surviving are half-brothers, George and Emil RAHRIG, both to Lima; 25 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. Mrs. Vent was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and its Rosary Altar Society. Services are a t 10 a.m. Saturday in the church, the Rev. Richard Morman officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Bringman & Co. Funeral Home from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. The Rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 8:30 p.m. Friday. ========================= Florence H. SCHIELLIN FOSTORIA - Mrs. Florence Hazel SCHIELLIN, 66, of Route 1, Risingsun, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in City Hospital. She was born Dec. 8, 1901 in Risingsun to Joseph and Anna MILLIGAN. She was married to Clarence SCHIELLIN and he survives. There are two daughters, MRs. Elder BABCOCK, Risingsun, and Mrs. Glenn KOONS, Findlay; a son, Norman ELLERTON, Risingsun; step- children, Mrs. Carl BARBOUR, Fostoria; Mrs. Joe HARRIS, Akron, and Clarence, of Cleveland. Also surviving are brothers, Brice, Risingsun, and Charles, Kansas; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. WHEELER CLOVERDALE - Mrs. Della Marie WHEELER, 50, Route 2, Cloverdale, died at 1:20 p.m. Thursday in the Glenwood Nursing Home, Defiance. She had been ill since last September. She was born June 8, 1918 in Continental, the daughter of Frank and Blanche WRIGHT and her mother survives. She was married to Bert WHEELER at Cloverdale on Aug. 17, 1954 and he survives. Also surviving are daughters Gladys Marie, Carolyn Sue, Mary Lou, and Betty Jo and a son, Rickie Allen, all at home; sisters, Mrs. Marjorie VETTIG, Bryan; Mrs. Ancel (Nellie) SCHULTZ, Defiance; Mrs. Norman (Dorothy) STOCKMAN, Edgerton; Mrs. James (Elsie) TRESSLER, Fayette; brothers, Sonny Lloyd WRIGHT, Defiance and Raymond WRIGHT, Toledo. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Taylor Funeral Home, Oakwood, with burial in Cascade Cemetery at Cloverdale.
