I didn't see it available on the Ohio Gen. Site. It's listed on AMAZON.com for $35.00 and a 4-6 week delivery period! From there I went to the publisher's page (Carl Mauntz Publishing), same price. It sounds like it might be more a picture book, but I'm still hopeful. The best news is that there is a copy in the Findlay Hancock Library, so maybe someone there could check it out.
