    3. Bev, I don't know about AOL, but Roots L and CompuServe have "ABUSE" email addresses. I subscribe to CompuServe and whenever I get messages such as you have described, I send a message to Abuse@compuserve.com. This has worked for me. I now get a very minimal amount of junk mail. I bet AOL has a similar service.
