The archives to all the Rootsweb Lists, including Hancock, can be found here: http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl All that stuff that is sent to the Fayette list can be found there...the problem is that many many people do not know where to look or that they are even archived. I hope that all of those histories, obits, etc. are also going to the GenWeb archives or the Fayette County page, where they are more apt to be found. I always submit to both the GenWeb archives and the county GenWeb site, and everything always gets put online somewhere.
