I also saw that his name was spelled Yarrington one place Yerrington on another page. Her name was listed as Sarah Powell in 1858. But the > marriage to Sarah Wade took place in Ohio in 1853. She was born in 1831 so, depending on what time of year the census was taken she would have been 28 in 1860. If this is the same John Yerington he may have lost his first wife and by chance married another Sarah in 1858. When I looked up the John & Sarah married in Cedar county, I looked under the ladies also. That is where I found it spelled Yerr---. I also saw that it looked like she had been married before. The best I can do with the second name is Emma. Just guess. She may have been the child of an older brother they took in. Weren't aany welfare programs in those days. She may also have been adopted from another family and taken the name. The age for D.W.and Josephine were right for the census and for an 1853 wedding. If he remarried tthe 2nd Sarah the last 5 or 6 kids could very likely been hers. > The first name is Sarah Yerington age 28 > > I can not read the second name. age 10. see if you can read it. > > The 3rd name is Webster (Daniel Webster) age 5 > > I thought Daniel Webster was John and Sarah's first child.
