Charles was born in Bedford Co, PA in 1862 to Jonathon DICKEN and Maria or Mariah WILSON. He was married to Susan M. CROZIER in 1885 in Hancock Co, OH. Death was in Fostoria, Hancock Co, OH in 1945.
