John, Check out this website for the Kenton County Library in Covington, KY. I'm not sure how well they're indexed there but the Kentucky Times Star is on microfilm there. http://www.kenton.lib.ky.us/ Bob ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Charles Tippet" <johntippet@cox.net> To: <OHHAMILT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, July 21, 2005 11:30 PM Subject: Re: [OH-HAMILT] CINCH > Bob: > > I see Cincinnati newspapers listed, but what happened to the northern > Kentucky newspapers? > > John Charles Tippet > johntippet@cox.net > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "bob" <bgband@cinci.rr.com> > To: <OHHAMILT-L@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Thursday, July 21, 2005 6:14 PM > Subject: Re: [OH-HAMILT] CINCH > > >> One could say they've updated or improved what was CINCH. I recall sometime back, a year or more, time flies, but the Hamilton Co. Library posted that they would no longer be updating the KY index & at that same time or perhaps before, Kenton Co. took over with the index on their website. When Hamilton Co. switched recently from Cinch to the new search engine they no longer include the KY Newsdex.
