    3. LeeAnn, Saw Flanagan listed and since I was born and raised in Cincinnati thought I would touch base. When I changed my name recently I added the O' to it [but restrained myself from revwerting to older spellings]. My family came to Cincinnati in the early 1950s from Russell Co., KY. I have more info on my website at http://flanaganfamily.org if you think there may be a connection. They came to that area of Kentucky around 1800 and were from North Carolina. I hope everyone is doing well! It's been a while since I've written. I've been busy with travelling and doing family history research. I have made several updates to my PAF file and wanted to share with everyone the new list of Tri-State surnames that are included in it. Note that some of the names may just have one individual associated with them at this time, but some of them have quite a good deal of information. Also, looking for any Deters researchers - attempting to make the link between Bernard Deters with Adelheid Hewing and my Hewings. Please feel free to contact me off list (so we don't clog the list up with emails). Thanks! 3. Hello. Thanks for writing. This was one of the surnames I didn't have more than one individual on. I know his name is John Michael Flanagan, and he was born 30 JAN 1890 and he married Mae Brames in 1913 and he died 16 JUN 1932 and is buried at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington, Kentucky. I can't seem to find him in the census, but so far I've only been able to search HeritageQuest and when I get access to Ancestry.com tomorrow night at the local FHC, I will attempt to use their better search engines to find him. Thanks again for writing.
