    3. From what I have seen of the Ky papers, they did have the little gossip stuff, but you may not find those mentioned in the index's for the paper. The Cincinnati Library used to have the KY index on their newsdex, but I don't think they do now. But the Kenton Library website is wonderful, genealogy databases, the KY paper's indexed back to the late 1800's (although I have had to go searching the microfilm for many obits based upon death dates that weren't indexed) even some of the very old ones online now & I do believe they have a means to contact for copies.
