Nancy, The Wiltsee FH interred many folks in the Wesleyan Cemetery over the years. I checked Vol. 1 of the Hamilton County, Ohio Burial records, but found no record of Sara Law. The only LAW's interred there were three stillborn infants interred between 1903 and 1914. Bob S CA At 04:53 PM 7/17/05 -0500, Nancy Alexander wrote: >Is anyone familiar with this funeral home? Hello Bob, I saw your message to Nancy regarding the Wiltsee Funeral Home and was wondering if you could do a lookup for me in the Vol. 1 of the Hamilton County, Ohio Burial Records you referred to. I am looking for anyone by the surname of Dill. Specifically, I have "lost" my great-grandfather, Matthew J. Dill, as well as his father, John G. Dill, somewhere in Hamilton County between 1860 and 1909. If they are not listed, any Dill at all would be appreciated and thank you for your trouble. Bob, The Wiltsee funeral company was the named funeral company on the Spring Grove records where my GGrandfather, John Law, is buried. Most of my family is there. As a matter of fact, there is just enough room for my husband and me. Wiltsee buried almost all of the family in the early 1900's. I have been searching for several years trying to find the maiden name of my GGGrandmother, Sarah Law. Nowhere is there a maiden name listed. I was hoping the funeral home records might show it. My GGGgrandfather, William, and his wife Sarah are buried at Woodlawn in Xenia. I have written them several times for the burial records with no response. Think I am going to have to get on my horse and go home. :o) Although, my cousin has gone to Woodlawn several times and the office has never been open. Anyway, that's my sad story. Thanks for your interest.
