    3. Hi Ann, How are you? I've been missing the lists so much, as I'm in the middle of moving and trying to get my house on the market. I sure will be glad when things calm down. I'm trying to catch up on some of the mailing list news, and ran across the conversation on the headstones. My grandfather served in the Navy, stationed in Illinois during WW1, but did NOT participate in combat. Do you know if he would be entitled to a headstone? Because if he is, I need to do something, as there are no markers on his grave at all. (Boy, what a gift to my Dad that would be, as he always wanted a stone for his parents, but never could afford it. Once he attempted, but they wanted thousands of dollars in back "perpetual fees" before they'd approve a stone!) Thanks much!
