Hi LeeAnn, How do you like the German surname list? I've never tried it. I recently subscribed to the GERMANY-PASSENGER-LISTS-L@rootsweb.com list. Don't let the name mislead you, it seems to be focused on German emigration as a whole, and on helping people figure out their families' locations of origin there. The administrator is friendly and knowledgeable. He is in Germany and up-to-date on what's available.
