Linda and all, Well, something that cannot be said often enough for people looking for ancestors in Hamilton County, Ohio--PLEASE CHECK OUT Campbell, Kenton, and Boone Counties in Northern Kentucky. My families moved back and forth across the river beginning in 1854 when my newly immigrant ancestors from Germany married in Hamilton County, but spent the rest of their lives in Campbell County. Also, my greatgrandmother was born near Lexington, Kentucky of Irish immigrant parents but lived the rest of her life in Cincinnati. It seems ALL of my family did this. Maybe your families did, too. If your family is illusive, check both sides of the river! Joan in Scottsdale, AZ
