I need some direction ... I have a copy of a newspaper article from the Venice Graphics (a local newspaper in Venice, OH) dated 18 Jan 1901 that was written about a Crosby Township farmer who filed a divorce plea in the Cincinnati divorce court. The article was taken from the Cincinnati Times Star newspaper. I have two questions ... 1. To get a copy of the original article from the Cincinnati Times Star, should I write to the Cincinnati Main Library to get it? Or write to the Cincinnati newspaper? 2. Would the Hamilton County Probate Court have a copy of the divorce record? Thanks for any help you can give me. -- Barb in Indiana
To get a copy of the article e-mail the newspaper/periodical department of the Cinci Library, magazines@cincinnatilibrary.org Someone else will help with the divorce records.
