Can anyone tell me about the WUNDER and WARTMAN connection. They moved from probably Germantown to Cincinnati before 1835. My 2nd ggrandparents, Samuel Henry WUNDER, b. 27 Mar 1788, PA, probably Germantown. Married about 1825, Catherine "Kitty" WARTMAN in PA. Catherine was born 9 Aug 1795, PA. Birthdates from tombstone in Wesleyan Cemetery, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. Their first three children Catherine, Edward and William were born in Pennsylvania. Born in Ohio were Susanna, b. 9 Feb 1835, m. Rev. John Wilson CASSATT and Samuel, b. 7 Jul 1839 in Cincinnati; he married Lydia Ann Boyd. They may have traveled by flatboat to Cincinnati.
