According to the Ohio Historical Society online death index, Rose Lewark died in Hamilton Co 1933.....cert# 944. The date is given as /4/1933.....not sure if they mean the month is unknown or the exact day in April is unknown. Below is their website and you can contact them to obtain a copy of the death certificate.
