Selected Hamilton County, Ohio, Church Baptism Records, 1870-1879 by Jeffrey Herbert is Vol. 3 which the library has listed simply as "Selected Hamilton County, Ohio, church baptism records" in the index. The library does have Vol. 3 listed so they do have it. Little Miami Publishing has it listed as new, so it must be recent. If you have trouble finding it in the catalogue by the title try searching for the author Jeffrey Herbert.
