Hello, I was born in Cincinnati, at Cincinnati General Hospital and I was adopted by my stepfather when I was 8, and on my birth certificate it gives the hospital's address as 217 West Court, and my mother's mailing address is listed as 217 West Court too, and I wondered if the hospital was at 217 West Court and why my mother's address would have been the same as the hospital's? What year was that???
