Barbara: One of my biggest brick walls is Mathais (Mathias) Miller of France who married Catherine Shuh (Schuh). My g-grandmother was born in 1871 in Cincinnati, so I assume at least both were still alive. Unless he died before my-g-grandmother was born or her mother died in childbirth.
