He's working as a farm laborer for a Joseph HEDENBUSS or THEDEBUSS or FREDENBURR (?) Handwriting is hard to read. Was Amy born in Hamilton Co? Were they married in Hamilton Co? Amy wasn't a common name in 1840. Do you know if it was a nickname for something else? Amanda? or Abigail?
