    3. Just a reminder about the OGS Conference in Akron, Ohio, this week from April 14-16. Also, Jeff Herbert just published his next index in the Baptism series from 1870-1879. And Kenny Burck has a new marriage records index for 1885-1890. Both for Hamilton County. Please let me know if you want to know more about them. The Hamilton County Genealogy Society will have 2 more death records books and Kenny will have another marriage records book soon. And Bill Graver just came up to me at the Hamilton County Chapter annual event last Saturday about a tome. He has an index of many early maps that show names of people, streets, etc.--all indexed. A loose copy is now available at the Cincinnati Historical Society Library/Archives for those who live in this area. More than 700 pages so this should be a great reference for finding where people were in the city. I'm sure he said that they did not have to be landowners to be on these maps. I don't have a hard copy yet, so that is all I can tell you about it for now. But perhaps he will get it to me before I leave for Akron.
