I've "rescued" a group of photographs belonging to the FOERTMEYER Family of Ohio and Kentucky. The first photograph is identified as Easton & Margie FOERTMEYER. There is no studio or location indicated on this photograph, however, it appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with the two children appearing to be about 4-7 years old at the time. The second photograph is of Samuel FOERTMEYER and was taken at the J. C. Volz Studio in Newport, KY. This photograph was probably taken in the 1890's or early 1900's with Samuel likely about 5 years old at the time. The third photograph is of three young girls, Helen FOERTMEYER, Margie FOERTMEYER, and Theresa WALLEN. It was taken at the Mathews Studio in Cincinnati, OH, likely sometime in the 1890's or early 1900's with the three girls appearing to be all about 12 years old. I believe that the family is somehow connected to the FOGLE and WUNDER Family of Ohio and Kentucky as photographs belonging to that family were recovered from the same source. I am hoping to locate someone from this family so that these wonderful old photographs can be returned to their care. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley
