Hi. Sure does. The part of the Hamilton County Genealogy site has the year, but not the page and date. That index that is both at the downtown library and Green Twp branch has that info. Once you have that, you can easily get the page from downtown library. I believe that they also do the search without the exact date but it is much faster if you have the page.
