    1. Re: [OHHAMILT] Death Certificates
    2. Judy, Did you know that you can view and print Death Certificates for Ohio from 1908 - 1953 at this site now? http://labs.familysearch.org Click on the "Record Search" link and follow the directions to register with a username. It's my understanding that the requirements and hours for searching at the Vital Statistics office on Elm Street have changed, so I would call them directly and ask your questions. I would do the same for the William Howard Taft office. Marilyn ----------------------original message-------------------- In a message dated 2/17/2008 6:11:56 P.M. Howard Taft to view death certificates of family members. Can anyone tell me what information I should bring with me to do my research? I have death dates, volume and certificate numbers for some of the families I am researching. I know I need to make an appointment to do my research. Is there a way to know if they died inside or outside the city limits, from the information you would acquire from the Ohio Deaths on Ancestry? Any information you could give me would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. Judy in Harrison **************Ideas to please picky eaters. Watch video on AOL Living.
