Hello List, I am interested in going to the Vital Statistics office on Elm Street (Elm Street Clinic) and to the Health District Office on Wm. Howard Taft to view death certificates of family members. Can anyone tell me what information I should bring with me to do my research? I have death dates, volume and certificate numbers for some of the families I am researching. I know I need to make an appointment to do my research. Is there a way to know if they died inside or outside the city limits, from the information you would acquire from the Ohio Deaths on Ancestry?
