    3. Phyllis, you can try Bablefish.com. It's not exact but it will give you a pretty good idea of what the article says. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Phyllis Garratt Sent: Sunday, May 04, 2008 9:00 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [OHHAMILT] Request for a German translation Is there anyone on our list who could translate about 5 sentences or so of German for me? I have a baptismal record from 1856 that is part printed and part handwritten. I have it scanned and could send as an attachment directly to you. 3. Thanks for the website information. This one is new to me. Unfortunately I don't know enough German to figure out what each word is. It's written in fancy script. I can figure out Geboren for born, etc, but need help putting it all together. I used Freetranslation.com, but you need to enter each letter to get the translation right. It would take someone with a working knowledge of German to guess at the words. Phyllis -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] Phyllis, you can try Bablefish.com.
