    1. [OHHAMILT] Naturalization questions
    2. Some input regarding naturalization records. I believe the Family History Library has Naturalizations on film for Hamilton County, Ohio; but also think those same films may be at the main Library in Cincinnati. (I have found some, but not all I was looking for). As far as the female's citizenship and naturalization, it would be very rare in the 1870's for her to have actually gone through the process separately. In most cases, women were naturalized (or became US citizens) at the time they married a citizen, or if they were under age and came to the US with an older direct relative. Perhaps she, or whomever answered the census taker, was just a year off (from the marriage). Ann Bergelt Florida
