All; I have seen mention of a book about the General Protestant Orphanage in Cincinnati. It was formerly called the German Protestant Orphanage or Orphans Home. I thought the reference indicated it was one of the Arcadia Publishing "Images of America" series, but I have been unable to locate it on the publisher's website or any of the booksellers online. Thanks, If this is the right orphanage -- it became the General Protestant Orphanage (or Orphans Home) on Beechmont Avenue. It's now known as Beech Acres and I believe is referred to as a parenting center. My uncle and aunt, Cy and Inez Carey, were in administration in the late '50's and 1960's. Just wanted to know if they are mentioned. Would really like to get a copy of that's the right information.
