I may be wrong, but either they missed scanning some volumes or they don't have all the images up on the site yet. I've looked for at least 10 marriage records and when I enter the Volume number and page number, a notice pops up that says, "Volume Invalid". Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a way to resolve it? Marilyn --------------original message---------------- In a message dated 12/30/2009 8:54:38 A.M. I remember doing this a couple of days ago and was successful. -- Dennis Kowallek - kowallek@iglou.com Research in Butler Co., Ohio http://butler.kowallekfamily.com/index.htm
I too had a number of "Volume Invalid" responses. Seems the records stops at page 500. I have one marriage record (on paper) on page 506, for the heck of it I input the volume and page number I knew were correct and "Volume Invalid" came back. Hi Marilyn- I found that some volumes require a prefix letter code as mentioned in the information about 'reconstructed' records. I Couldn't access vol. 24, but when I entered A24 I found the desired marriage information.
