    1. Burial Place of Samuel Williams
    2. If someone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. We are having a difference of opinion as to the burial place of my three times great grandfather, Samuel Williams who died-February 3, 1859 in Cincinnati, OH. We have finally gotten to look at his will and in it he requests to be buried in the Wesleyan Cemetery. I found what I think his a listing of him but no dates with it on a website. The rest of the family thinks he was buried at Mt. Auburn Cemetery which I can find no record of anywhere. One person thought that a factory was built over the cemetery and the bodies removed. I also found another cemtery in the area that Samuel owned a lot of land-Vine Street Cemetery. Vine Street is a part of Mt. Auburn. Can someone straighten me out on this? Thank you. Pat Morano

    1. 1860 census Hamilton Infirmary
    2. I believe that I just located my great-grandfather as a five year old on the 1860 census as a resident of the Hamilton Infirmary. We knew he was an orphan due to a house fire that killed his family. Does any one know the history of the infirmary or know if any records exist. I am willing to pay for research. David C. Miller born OH 1855. Sincerely, Kim Baldwin

    3. Can anyone tell me about the WUNDER and WARTMAN connection. They moved from probably Germantown to Cincinnati before 1835. My 2nd ggrandparents, Samuel Henry WUNDER, b. 27 Mar 1788, PA, probably Germantown. Married about 1825, Catherine "Kitty" WARTMAN in PA. Catherine was born 9 Aug 1795, PA. Birthdates from tombstone in Wesleyan Cemetery, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. Their first three children Catherine, Edward and William were born in Pennsylvania. Born in Ohio were Susanna, b. 9 Feb 1835, m. Rev. John Wilson CASSATT and Samuel, b. 7 Jul 1839 in Cincinnati; he married Lydia Ann Boyd. They may have traveled by flatboat to Cincinnati. 1. WILMINGTON/RUSSELL query
    2. Hi, Everyone; I have a query I'd like to bring up from a friend here in Florida. Anthony O. RUSSELL, who married Helen GREEN in 1858 in Cincinnati and James W. WILMINGTON, who married Frances H. FANNING in 1856 in Cincinnati were both printers working for the Cincinnati Enquirer, when they became involved as partners in the United States Playing Card Company. Both served in the Civil War (details have been obtained on their service). There is a connection to one or both these families to Brevard Co. FL. In 1896 a W.W. Russell (son? Willis) was involved in laying of track for the Sebastian & Cincinnatus RR. Need to know time and place of death of family members, where they are buried. They have been located in 1860 and 1870 census enumerations in Cincinnati. RUSSELL has been found in 1880, but not WILMINGTON. Anyone who has family information or any pertinent input on the above families might be able to help in the research. Please contact Pam Cooper directly at _cygne1@comcast.net_ (mailto:cygne1@comcast.net) . Pam is in charge of the wonderful genealogy department of the library in Vero Beach and is the past president of the Florida State Genealogical Society. You are all very helpful and I know she will appreciate any valid input or suggestions. Best wishes, Ann Bergelt
