    1. [OHHAMILT] MARTIN/LOESCH/SANDUSKY
    2. Hi. I am wondering if anyone on the list has any marriage records for Cincinnati? I have another MARTIN I am researching. In 1880 Cincinnati Census her name was "Mary E.D. MARTIN", age 12. In the 1870 census her name was "Mollie". I believe she married a John LOESCH. They are in 1900 Bellevue, Campbell Co., Kentucky with 5 children. By 1910 John LOESCH looks to be remarried and in Cincinnati. I can't find Mary, Mollie, Della(she is Della in the 1900 census)after 1900. By 1921 she has died as I found her death certificate on the LDS website. She is listed on the death certificate as "Della SANDUSKY", occupation: maid . The informant is one of her sons. He also lists her as married giving her husband as John LOESCH. The parents names match to her to my family. John MARTIN and Anna WOLLING(actually WALLING). I searched the census's for 1910 and 1920 and couldn't find her under any of those names. Where could I find a marriage record? Thanks, Margaret

    3. Ann, > Is Ancestry still accessible from home through the Kenton Co. Library > system?? Yes, it's still available. I have never paid for Ancestry.com, although I did check out the subscription version via my Aunt a few times, and realized I was satisfied with the Library version. I have been using the Library Edition AT HOME for years through various libraries, (until I got my card from Kenton County just last year). I have found MANY high school, college, and public libraries across the United States that have put their usernames and passwords on the internet, and not just for Ancestry.com. I have even found a few whose link says in-library use only, until you click on the link, then it takes you to ancestry.com, and it says Welcome Such&Such Library. I have found this to be the case with most subscription databases, not just limited to genealogy. I don't know what these webmasters are thinking, but I figure if they want to share freely with me, I gladly accept. Betty

    2. Betty; I'm amazed that any public library offers access to Ancestry.com from home computers. I don't think they are supposed to do that, according to the info we got from our local county library system here. It has to do with their contract agreement or some such thing. HeritageQuest, however, can be reached from home with a library card number, and FamilySearch and many others are free on the internet. Is Ancestry still accessible from home through the Kenton Co. Library system?? Ann **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home. (http://home.aol.com/diy/home-improvement-eric-stromer?video=15?ncid=aolhom00030000000001)

I also loved the databases on the Kenton Co., Library webpage, but a few, like Ancestry.com, needed a library card number. I assumed because I live in Hamilton County that I couldn't get a card in Kenton County. I was wrong, and now I sit in the comfort of my home and use Ancestry.com for free. I also haven't noticed much of a difference between the Library edition and the Subscription edition. Does the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County offer in-home access to Ancestry.com to library card holders? I don't have a library card with them but thought others might have this question. Thanks, Betty researching the surname GEGNER
