What years are birth records/certificates available from the County? Or maybe the question is better asked " when should you get them from the county and when should you get them from the state?" Probate Court has records up thru 1909. The rest are at the Guernsey County Health Dept. They were $15.00 but heard they went to $17.00. Happy Hunting.....
