Do believe it to be either Ireland or Scotland. I do not know where my Daniel Craig born 1763 was born at, but he married about 1787 to Mary (surname unknown) in Pennsylvania. There 2nd child Elizabeth Craig was born 1790 in Washington County, Pennsylvania. She married James McCune. The oldest son (my line) John Craig married Hannah McCune and #7 Child Daniel Craig married in 1823 in Coshocton County, Ohio to Isabella McCune. They also had a daughter named Sarah Craig born 1804 who married John c. Henderson. Other children named: Amelia, Mary, Jane, and Samuel and one son (first name unknown).
