    3. The 2 Oct 1879 issue of the Cambridge Jeffersonian contains an Obit for Nathan Evans. Following was also on same page. "Capt. A.H. Evans of Zanesville, T.W. Evans of St. Joseph, MO and Geo. E. Evans of Lincoln, NE were here to attend the funeral of their father the Hon. Nathan Evans."
