MD Elizabeth, 43, b. PA John, 22, b. OH William, 19, b. OH Gracy L, 16, b. OH Mary, 12, b. OH David, 11, b. OH Caldwell, Andrew, 15, b. OH Creek, Wilson, 7, b. OH Dwelling 342; Household 342: St Clair, Lester, 37, b. OH Rebecca A, 24, b. OH Mary A, 1, b. OH Dwelling 343; Household 343: Godfrey, George, 30, b. VA Sarah L, 22, b. OH Mary C, 1, b. OH Dwelling 344; Household 344: West, Nathan, 60, b. VA Mary, 54, b. VA Martha, 12, b. OH My guess is that Nathan is Rebecca's father. Further, her sister is probably Sarah Godfrey. Nathan was granted patents to two tracts of land in 1835: Ohio River Survey, Guernsey County, T9N, R10W, Sections 27 and 35, totaling 80 acres. 1840 Census data, Spencer Twp, for Nathan West household shows Male, 20-30: 1 (?) Male, 40-50: 1 (Nathan) Female, under 5: 1 Female, 5-10: 1 Female, 10-15: 1 (?Sarah L) Female, 15-20: 1 (Rebecca) Female, 40-50: 2 (Mary and ?) Nathan does not appear in the 1860 Census.
