Sorry. James Paxton refered to in your message was born and lived in Monroe Township, Guernsey County. I believe the Nathaniel Paxton of Westland Township, Guernsey County was the son of another Samuel Paxton who lived in Cumberland, Spencer Townshp, Guernsey County. The two families may be related some generations back but are distant cousins at best.
