Kennedy 10 Oct 1929 b. 22 Mar 1901 in Liberty Twp., Guernsey, Ohio, USA d. 12 Jul 1966 in Cambridge, Guernsey, Ohio, USA s/o John Clark Kennedy and Maude Matthews Fred was working the desk for the Newcomerstown police and fire shortly before his death. adopted daughter, Shirley Ann Proctor, b. 1946, m. James Taylor Shirley was the daughter of Ethel's brother Eldred Proctor. Fred & Ethel adopted her in 1949. Fred and Ethel lived in Coshocton, much of this info is from the Coshocton Tribune.
