Sadly, these are not yet available via on-line inquiry. But, the Guernsey Co Gen Soc has handwritten indices to all the marriages from that date, as does he Guernsey Co Library Genealogy collection. You might try either outfit to see if there is info on an earlier Duff marriage. I just looked at the available on-line OH marriages and found that there are marriages in Belmont Co (immediately adjacent to Guernsey Co), between Thomas Duff and Margaret Blackburn (10 Aug 1837) and James Duff and Sarah Blackburn (15 Feb 1842).
