Robert Hamilton, of Kimbolton, died last Saturday of typhoid pneumonia. He was a much respected Christian young man. Joseph Marsh, of Quaker City, aged over 80 years, died last Saturday, at residence of his daughter, and was buried on the Sabbath. Charley, eleven-year old son of Edward Ferbrache, died last Friday of an acute catarrbal affection and was buried Saturday afternoon. Our Washington correspondent says; "Mrs. Gatrell, up in the eighties, and widow of the late James Gatrell, died Saturday morning, the 14th inst. of paralysis." Our Fairview correspondent says; "Miss Margaret Gardner died here on the 14th of this month. About three weeks ago she fell in the fire during the absence of her sister and was seriously burned, which no doubt caused her death. Her age was over ninety-six years. She was a native of Ireland. Mrs. Gilbert and William Gardner are the surviving members of the family." Mrs. Mary A. Petty, of the vicinity of Batesville, Noble County and grandmother of Dr. A. L. Petty, formerly of this place, died last Wednesday evening the 12th instant, of paralysis. She was a native of Virginia and over 96 years old. For 80 years of her life had been a faithful member of the M.E. Church. Mrs. Mary Emerson Frame, of Richland Township, died on the 6th instant of pneumonia at her home two miles from Senecaville. Her father was Ezekiel Emerson and she came to this county over half a century ago, in 1816 with her father's family, from Massachusetts. She was a women of much worth and intelligence, highly esteemed by all of her acquaintance. Her husband, John Frame, died just a year ago. Her remains were buried beside him on Sabbath in the Senecaville Cemetery. Scott Emerson, a brother of Mrs. Frame died on the same disease on the following, the 7th instant. He was in his eighty-third year and buried in the old "Emerson buring-ground, " five miles east of Senecaville on Monday. Thus sister and brother, together so long on earth and separated for a short time, age again reunited to the land beyond the grave. Both funerals were attended by a large number of friends and relatives. Two more pioneers, who reclaimed the pioneers, who reclaimed the ful have passed into the Boundless Regions of Perfection to enjoy the reward reserved for the faithful and earnest. The New Concord Enterprise gives the following sketch of the life and funeral of Mrs. Sarah Ralston, wife of John Ralston, of Westland township, who died on the 4th instant. Mrs. Ralston's maiden name was Conner. She was born in Washington County, Pennsylvanian, April 6th, 1820 and moved with her father's family to this county in the year 1836, was married to John Ralston, who survives her, in 1858, was mother of three children, two boys and one girl, all of whom are living. She was a member of the New Concord Presbyterian Church. The funeral services were held Thursday at 1 o'clock, Rev. Earl Brown conducted the services. The body was interred in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Rebecca McGee Bennett, wife of Ramson Bennett, our well known townsman, died on Saturday morning, the 14th instant, of rheumatism of the heart. She had been suffering for over a week with inflammatory rheumatism but only in the last few days had it assumed a dangerous form. Mrs. was born in Georgetown, Belmont county, 1854, and was a little over thirty years old. She was married April 25, 1877 to Ramson Bennett. They had four children, two of whom, a boy and a girl, are living. She was a woman of more than ordinary intelligence and influence, regarded highly in the community and esteemed in the church. She has been long consismember of the A.M.E. Church. The funeral took place Tuesday forenoon, the services beinconducted by Rev. A.P. Clark.
