Would you check newspaperarchive.com for Anna Foreman, David Foreman (may be her father) and Alexander Moorhead (her husband). I have deeds showing they farmed in Guernsey County and Sarchet's biography of Anna and Alexander's son Joel claims they moved from eastern Virginia to Wills Creek, Thompson's Riffle. No deed on that one yet. Thanks for whatever you are able to do. MaryLu On 7/30/08 10:12 PM, "circa_1948" <circa_1948@hotmail.com> wrote: > yw. Sunny, I am on a fishing expedition with Anna Foreman and Alexander Moorhead, so for now please ignore my request. When I have a specific lookup, I'll post the query again. Thanks for the offer. You are a good person. I couldn't find anything at all on any of them. I searched the entire states (Ohio/Virginia) and all names you gave (her married and maiden names, her dad and her hubby) covering all dates. I'd suggest joining here http://groups.msn.com/CambridgeJeffersonian1878-1906 (those are no longer the only dates they'll search) and asking the owners to do a more in depth search. newspaperarchive doesn't have all papers. The group also (I think) has access to other document types. Maybe their sister group http://groups.msn.com/GuernseyCountyOHGenealogy Sunny IBSSG ----- Original Message ----- From: MaryLu Metz To: ohguerns@rootsweb.com Sent: Thursday, July 31, 2008 10:06 AM Subject: Re: [OHGUERNS] Obit and Newspaper sources (not Ohio specific) Would you check newspaperarchive.com for Anna Foreman, David Foreman (may be her father) and Alexander Moorhead (her husband).
