I have deeds showing they farmed in Guernsey County and Sarchet's biography of Anna and Alexander's son Joel claims they moved from eastern Virginia to Wills Creek, Thompson's Riffle. No deed on that one yet. Thanks for whatever you are able to do. MaryLu On 7/30/08 10:12 PM, "circa_1948" <circa_1948@hotmail.com> wrote: > yw. 3. The date range is 1800-1830. He was supposedly born in Ohio in 1801, Anna in Virginia in 1804. They settled in 1826, having moved to Wills Creek, Thompson's Riffle from eastern Virginia. All from Sarchet's Biography of Guernsey County, Ohio and a DAR application. Such as it is, this is all I have. Thank you - whatever happens.
