An old transcription of the grave stones in Cumberland Cemetery shows the grave of MARGARET STEVENS, 1763-1859. It is apparently close to the grave of her daughter, SUSANNAH STRAHL. I visited this cemetery about 10 years ago, but could not find the Margaret Stevens marker though a big thunderstorm struck about half way through my search and I had to give up. The grave marker may have fallen down to become illegible since 1963 when the markers were transcribed? Nevertheless, if anyone who follows this list should happen to visit Cumberland Cemetery could they keep an eye out for Margaret? It would be much appreciated.
