We have a Laura Ann Giffin - born June 15, 1864 in Indiana and died December 03, 1942 in Waverly, Ks. She married Ephraim Clark James on January 03, 1887. As I live very close to this area of Kansas, I will be researching old Coffey Co. newspapers and census records soon. I will keep a look out for your Eldridge Robert Giffin.
