I Job Barnes of Buffalo Township, Guernsey County, State of Ohio considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound understanding blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following (that is to say) FIRST I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Barnes all my goods and chattels to be at her disposal at her death all to enjoy and have in possession and receive all rents and enjoy all and singular privilege of eighty acres of land I now live on as long as she lives. I do also give and bequeath unto my son Ford Barnes all my eighty a. of land on which I now live to have in possession after my wife Margaret's death. Also I appoint my daughter Betty and her heirs, my daughter Peggy Farmer and her heirs, my daughter Katharine and her heirs, that they receive no part of my estate, as having received their portion of my property already. Ford Barnes and Levi Lewis I hereby appoint sole executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me and in witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal this tenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
