The town is Fairview. On present highway maps, InsterState 70 passes through Fairview. It is just on the Guernsey-Belmont County line. The Township to the north is Londonderry and the township to the south is Millwood. This area was taken from Belmont County when Guernsey County was formed. Going east on Interstate 70, you enter Kirkwood Township of Belmont County. If you then turn south on State route 800, the next Township is Warren, main town Barnesville, Ohio.
