    3. We have been posting notes on the Campbells of Guernsey Ohio. The first generation that we have is Robert(1771-1842)and Jane(1773-1848) Campbell. They are said to have been born and married in Antrim County, Ulster, Northern Ireland. But researchers have not found any trace of them until they arrive in Londonderry Township, Guernsey County, Ohio about 1801. The second generation includes a John Campbell (1795-1872) who married Mary Sleeth. They lived and died near Robert's farm. Lois Guffy wrote: >>>By chance would your Campbell line list a Mary Ann Campbell born circa 1933 in KY and lived near Perry Co OH ? I noticed the name Emma in your info. That was my grandmother, the daughter of Mary Ann's name. A thought that she may have been named after a grandmother or aunt. A cousin of mine thinks my great great grandfather was John Campbell ? Lois caywood Guffy >>>>>>>> Here is the generation that has Emma in it --- it is a pretty slim lead but perhaps it will help in some way. Generation No. 3 5.
