OSBORNE and wife, Elizabeth MC ITYRE (MCATEER?) had a son, James Patrick OSBORNE, born in Cambridge, Guernsey County, 13 July, 1894. Elizabeth OSBORNE died about 1902, when James was eight years old. He lived with his grandparents on the outskirts of Cambridge until 1910 when he and his father moved to Wheeling, W. Virginia. James was my father but there seem to be no records about his early life in Cambridge although I have done extensive research. I am told that the earlier generations spelled the name O'BEIRNE. James died in 1953 in Seattle, Washington. Does anyone have any information about this family?
