I have been searching for information about Loran Bickford and his ancestors. I know that Loran was born in 1831 and died in 1924. He served in the Civil War Infantry Company G, regiment 78 or 780. This information was found in the 1895 Soldiers Return to Guernsey County. Loren lived in or near Cumberland Ohio and is buried at the Cumberland Cemetary. His wife was Jane Foulk of Pennsylvania, she died in 1912. I also know that their Children were James W., John Henry, Ella, Leora, Mary and Florence Rose Elma. If any one can help me locate information on the family I would appreciate it.
