I show Mary Ann BEVARD married to a John DUNCAN. This might be wrong or this might be a first husband, or something. But that is all that I have on her. No one has been able to get information on the Bevard's that came from Ireland yet. Several people report about the same story in that 6 brothers came over to American from the coal mines of Dublin in the mid to late 1700's and most settled in Penn. or Maryland. We can find several Bevard's in the region during this time frame but cannot find the relationship. We do think that they originally came from Dougel Co., Ireland and before that, from France, but it is next to impossible to trace the line since they were protestants in a catholic area. I would be interested in the decendency of Mary Ann for my records though. Thanks, Larry
