Suposedly, Isaac Milner and three sons, one of them named Thomas moved from Kentucky to Wayne County, Illinois in the eighteen forties. I have read in some searching, that links are suspected between Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky Milners but I am unsure. I am a great grandson of John Edward Milner and a great,great grandson of Thomas Logan Milner, of Wayne County, Illinois.
